Terms of Service ​

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Draw Discord bot and its related websites (together, the "Service"), provided by the Draw developer ("we", "us"). By adding Draw to a server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility ​

1.1. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use any command marked as NSFW (see Section 4).

2. The Service ​

2.1. Draw is provided free of charge. It offers moderation utilities, informational commands, entertainment commands and media commands.

2.2. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, at any time and without prior notice.

2.3. Some features depend on Discord and on third-party services that we do not control. Their availability is not guaranteed.

3. Acceptable use ​

You agree not to:

  • (a) use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing or defamatory purpose;
  • (b) use Snipe or any other feature to harass, expose or intimidate other users;
  • (c) spam commands, flood the bot, or try to disrupt, overload or degrade the Service;
  • (d) try to bypass permission checks, age restrictions or other safeguards;
  • (e) reverse engineer, exploit or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • (f) use the Service in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. NSFW content ​

4.1. Some media commands can return content intended for adults only ("NSFW content"). These commands are restricted to users aged 18 or older.

4.2. NSFW commands only work in channels marked as age-restricted in Discord. Server administrators are responsible for configuring age-restricted channels correctly and for keeping minors out of them.

4.3. By using an NSFW command, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing such content is legal where you live.

5. Moderation features ​

5.1. Draw AntiScam™ is a best-effort tool based on a public list of known phishing domains. It cannot detect every malicious link, and it may occasionally flag a safe one. Always use your own judgment before opening a link.

5.2. Draw Sniper™ is available only to members with the Manage Messages permission. Those members are responsible for using it appropriately and in line with their server's rules.

5.3. How these features process message content is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party content and links ​

6.1. Media returned by Draw comes from third-party websites and APIs. We do not create or host this content, and we do not endorse it.

6.2. Some links provided by the Service pass through third-party advertising or link-shortening services (see Advertising Links). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

6.3. If you believe content returned by Draw infringes your copyright or is otherwise unlawful, contact us (see Section 12). We will stop serving the reported content from Draw as soon as reasonably possible. We cannot remove content from the third-party source itself. For that, contact the source directly.

7. Termination ​

7.1. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing Draw from your server.

7.2. We may restrict or end access to the Service for any user or server that breaches these Terms, or when needed to protect the Service or other users, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties ​

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability ​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, that arises from or relates to your use of the Service. This includes, in particular, any harm caused by using the Service in breach of Section 3.

10. Indemnification ​

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms. You also agree to cooperate with any related investigation or legal proceeding when reasonably asked.

11. Changes to these Terms ​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will always show the latest revision. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
